By accessing and using our website located at www.eunoiagear.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including Headphones & Earbuds, Speakers & Audio, and Keyboards & Peripherals, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and EunoiaGear. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.
User Agreement
By using the EunoiaGear Site, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you provide, including shipping and billing details. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site's functionality, including but not limited to introducing viruses, spam, or other malicious code.
All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EunoiaGear, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
- Any content obtained from the Site.

- The performance or non-performance of any products purchased through the Site.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products sold shall not exceed the amount you paid to EunoiaGear for the product giving rise to the claim.

The EunoiaGear Site, its original content, features, functionality, and product designs are and will remain the exclusive property of EunoiaGear and its licensors. Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws.
The "EunoiaGear" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of EunoiaGear. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except for incidental copies made during normal browsing of the Site.
Refund & Return Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Conditions: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain personal audio products like in-ear earbuds may only be eligible for return if the hygiene seal is unbroken. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
