All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. This service is provided through our trusted logistics partners.

We ship to most countries internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping typically range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and the delivery address. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to EunoiaGear. We cannot predict or control these fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping costs and any return fees we incur.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with your household, neighbors, or building reception.
